Tazer is wondering about all the squeaking he's hearing behind the door! Once the pups get older, and if Maya approves, he will be introduced to his kids. The pups will be introduced to the whole pack as they mature. Just as it is in nature; it takes a pack to raise a pup!

I'm sorry to say we lost Miss Purple a few days ago.  They range in weight from 540-385 grams.  Hard to believe they may end up weight 100 pounds!

I’m not the only one working hard!

This was taken thru my security at about 3:00AM. She looks exhausted!

It is with incredible sadness I have to tell you we lost little Miss Purple. She was called across the Rainbow Bridge no matter how hard I tried to prevent it. She was a sweet little all black girl that was only meant to be on this earth for a short time. God's speed little one. 😭

We have puppies! Lots of puppies!

Twelve to be exact! And honestly, that's way too many. Especially for a first time Mom. I hope I can keep them all alive. The first 3 days are extremely critical. That's the first hurdle. Then two weeks is the next. If I can get them to 2 weeks, all should be good. There is an extraordinary large amount of work ahead of me and I haven't slept for 36 hours. And no sleep in the forecast any time soon. I'm off to make some homemade formula! Wish me luck!

PUPPIES!

Maya was due March 1st but made us wait an extra 2 days. This is the setup before we started. We had 2 puppies 2 hours ago but nothing since. Believe me. 2 hours feels like 6 when you're waiting for puppies. We are expecting 8!
